Grappa Invecchiata LA 120 Domenis (70cl)

A aged grappa from Domenis, presented in a 70cl bottle. It shows an amber colour with warm reflections and a bouquet of dried fruit, vanilla and light woody spice. The alcohol is present but well integrated, supported by a softness that does not slip into sweetness. On the palate it is silky, with almond, light caramel and a toasted note that dries the finish without weighing it down. It is served in small glasses at room temperature or slightly chilled and pairs with dark chocolate, dry pastries or aged cheeses.
