An aged grappa from Domenis in a 100cl bottle at 40% vol. It has light amber reflections. The nose opens with dried fruit, vanilla and a subtle spice reminiscent of sweet tobacco and honey. On the palate it is round and warm, balanced by freshness and discreet savouriness, with integrated wood, hazelnut and a hint of cocoa. It is suited to meditation, or to serving with dry pastries, dark chocolate or aged cheeses.
