A grappa from Piedmont made by Distilleria Berta under the Tre Soli Tre name, distilled in a discontinuous still from selected Nebbiolo pomace. It is crystal clear, with fragrant notes of rose, raspberry and spicy hints of black pepper and tobacco. On the palate it is persistent, harmonious and velvety, with a refined balance of freshness and structure. It suits digestif use, with desserts that are not too sweet, or as a meditation spirit.
