A grappa made from Ribolla Gialla pomace, aged in barrels. It has a warm, rich yet balanced profile, with aromas of dried fruit, light honey and sweet spice. The palate is clean and rounded, with enveloping warmth, good persistence and a pleasantly mineral finish. Best served neat at a cool but not cold temperature.
