Grappa Riserva Elisi Distilleria Berta

Grappa Riserva Elisi is produced by Distilleria Berta in the Langhe area of Italy. It is made from selected pomace of Nebbiolo, Barbera and Dolcetto, slowly distilled in copper stills. Ageing for several years in wooden casks gives it an elegant, enveloping complexity. It shows vanilla, sweet spices and toasted dried fruit. On the palate it is soft and persistent, balancing warmth and finesse. It is suited to the end of a meal, with dark chocolate or fine cigars.
