A Piedmontese grappa from Distilleria Berta, made from selected pomace and aged for a prolonged period in small oak casks. It has an enveloping, complex character with notes of vanilla, dried fruit and sweet spices, plus a light toasted hint. Soft but intense on the palate, with balanced structure and a long, pleasant finish. Suited to the end of a meal or quiet moments, perhaps with dark chocolate or aged cheeses.
