A grappa from Cevico. The nose shows well-defined pomace aromas, dried fruit and a light floral note. On the palate it is warm but measured, with a roundness that softens the alcohol, a clean texture, and a dry, savoury impression. The finish is pleasant and returns to dried fruit and light spice. It suits the end of a meal, slightly chilled, with dry biscuits or dark chocolate, and also pairs with aged cheeses.
