Grechetto Umbria IGT Perticaia (12.5%)

An authentic expression of the native Grechetto grape grown in the Umbrian hills, where the terroir gives character and freshness to this elegant white. Balanced climate and well-drained soils allow optimal ripening, enhancing the structure and aromatics typical of Grechetto. Ageing takes place mainly in stainless steel to preserve purity and liveliness, with a short period on fine lees adding body and complexity. In the glass it shows bright straw yellow, with intense aromas of white-fleshed fruit, floral notes and mineral hints. The palate is fresh and savoury, with good persistence and a harmonious finish. It works well as an aperitif and with fish, white meat and fresh cheeses.
