Trebbiano Spoletino DOC - Perticaia

A white wine from Umbria made from Trebbiano Spoletino. It shows a bright straw-yellow colour, sometimes with greenish reflections. The nose brings white fruits such as peach and pear, delicate floral notes and a light touch of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is balanced, with acidity that brings freshness and a discreet mineral savouriness, leading to a long, clean finish with a slightly almond note. It suits fish, seafood, fresh cheeses, vegetable dishes and light Mediterranean cooking, and works well as an aperitif.
