Perticaia's Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG comes from the heart of Umbria. It has an imposing structure, with ageing in oak barrels giving elegance and complexity. Its intense ruby red colour precedes a rich bouquet of ripe black fruit, sweet spices and balsamic notes in harmonious balance. The palate shows robust yet velvety tannins able to support long ageing. It suits red meats, game and aged cheeses, and represents a celebration of the Montefalco territory and its winemaking vocation.
