Green River – US Army 250th Anniversary Limited Edition Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (2026) (75cl, 55.5%)

A Kentucky straight bourbon from Green River Distilling Co. in Owensboro, made in partnership with the U.S. Army to mark 250 years of service. It is a limited edition, blended from barrels aged between four and seven years, and uses a different mashbill from the distillery's standard bourbon. It comes in Green River's horseshoe-shaped bottle with commemorative Army detailing. Bottled at 55.55% ABV (111.1 proof), a strength chosen to recall Veterans Day on 11 November. Seared mint, anise and orange zest show on the nose, with black cherry on the palate and orange jam in the finish.
