A Kentucky straight bourbon finished with honey, bottled at 92 proof, or 46% ABV. It is built on Green River's own four-year-old bourbon, distilled and aged in Owensboro, with Kentucky honey poured into the barrel to marry through contact with the wood. No syrups, artificial flavourings, sweeteners or colourings are added.
The nose combines honey with caramel, oak and vanilla. The palate is full-bodied and velvety, with the honey blended into the bourbon, and the finish carries a lasting warmth of honey and cinnamon spice.
