Green River Full Proof Wheated Bourbon (75cl, 54.6%)

Green River Full Proof Wheated Bourbon is made at Green River Distilling Co. in Owensboro, Kentucky, and bottled at 54.65% ABV (109.3 proof) in a 75cl bottle. It is drawn from hand-selected barrels of five to seven years old, kept in original tile warehouses. The sour mash is 70% corn, 21% rye and 9% malted barley. Expect caramel, toasted oak and vanilla on the nose, then rich spice and baked grain sweetness, ending in a warming finish driven by rye. It can be drunk neat, or with a splash of water.
