Green River Cask Strength Single Barrel Wheated Bourbon comes from one hand-selected barrel, aged more than five years in the warehouses of Green River Distilling Co. in Owensboro, Kentucky. It is bottled at barrel strength, 58.6% ABV, in a 750ml bottle. The mash bill of 70% corn, 21% wheat and 9% malted barley gives a rounded, soft-grain base. Orange peel and apricot lead into cinnamon, toffee and pastry. The mouthfeel is honeyed, and hints of hazelnut carry through a long finish.
