Green River Wheated Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 45% ABV, in a 750ml bottle. It was distilled at Green River Distilling Co. in Owensboro, Daviess County.
The mash bill is 70% corn, 21% wheat and 9% malted barley, and the bourbon is a blend of barrels aged four to six years in new charred American oak. It was named Best Overall Bourbon at the 2025 New York World Spirits Competition.
Ripe peach, warm caramel, dried apricot and cinnamon show on the nose. The palate is soft and rounded, with toffee, pastry, hazelnut, roasted cornmeal and vanilla bean. The finish is medium and honeyed, with cinnamon dust and soft oak.
