Grey Goose Le Citron is a French lemon-flavoured vodka, bottled at 40% ABV. It is made from soft winter wheat from Picardie, distilled once through a five-stage column process, then flavoured with essential oils from lemons grown in Menton, with others from Argentina and Brazil.
Blending and bottling take place at Gensac-la-Pallue, in the Cognac region.
The nose is fresh lemon zest with delicate floral citrus and a hint of eucalyptus. The palate is bright and zesty, with a peppery warmth from the wheat, lemon meringue notes and a faint pith bitterness. The finish is medium, crisp and dry, with lingering zest.
