Grey Goose VX is a French vodka made from wheat and finished with a small measure of French Cognac. The VX stands for Vodka Exceptionnelle, and the Cognac sets it apart from the standard Grey Goose vodka. It comes in a wide-body frosted bottle with embossed lettering at the base and a watercolour-style alpine landscape on the label.
In the glass it is clear with a faint golden warmth. The nose is richer than most vodka, with dried fruit, vanilla and a gentle brandy warmth over clean wheat. The palate is silky, with a subtle dried fruit sweetness, and the finish is long and warm.
