Grillo di Sicilia DOC Feudo Maccari

A Sicilian white wine made exclusively from Grillo grapes by Feudo Maccari. It is bright straw yellow, with intense aromas of tropical fruit, ripe citrus and a light hint of aromatic herbs. On the palate it balances acidity and structure, with white fruit notes and a persistent finish. The wine is made with a short cold maceration followed by fermentation in steel tanks, then a short rest on fine lees. It suits aperitifs, seafood, fish dishes and Mediterranean cuisine.
