Terre Siciliane IGT Family and Friends Feudo Maccari

A white wine from Feudo Maccari in south-eastern Sicily, made from Grillo. Vinification and ageing use a range of materials from cement to wood to bring out the grape's aromatic potential. In the glass it shows an intense golden yellow with bright reflections. The bouquet is elegant and rich, with floral notes of orange blossom, fragrant citrus, acacia honey, Mediterranean herbs, ginger, vanilla and sweet spices. On the palate it has good structure, a soft and enveloping sip, dense and persistent aromas, and a harmonious finish with savoury notes.
