Gruppo Montenegro Rosso Antico Vermouth Pregiato (70cl)

Rosso Antico is a vermouth from Gruppo Montenegro, created in 1962 by the Bouton family, who were skilled in distilling. It is flavoured with 33 botanicals. It suits informal aperitivo occasions, served neat with a little orange peel. The colour is deep amber with mahogany reflections. The nose begins with winey, fruity notes, then opens to floral, spicy, balsamic and vegetal shades. The palate is rich and balanced, soft and sweet, then fresh and persistent, with a bitter aftertaste.
