Gulliver's Single Malt Bourbon is an English single malt with a touch of peat, bottled at 47% ABV. The name honours Samuel Gulliver, an explorer of 1747 whose aim was to bring fine spirits to England, rather than the character in Jonathan Swift's book.
It was matured in Jim Beam bourbon casks. Delicate peat marks the whisky, together with a round mouthfeel and a gentle sweetness that blends with the peat.
