Hacienda de Chihuahua Sotol Platinum

Hacienda de Chihuahua Platinum is a sotol, a spirit made from a wild-harvested agavacea that grows only in the Chihuahuan Desert. It is sold as an ultra premium edition. The plants are chosen by hand by the house's enologist and master distiller, who selects those showing the best size and maturity. The aim is a spirit that gives a true taste of the plant itself. Sotol has long been the spirit of the Chihuahua region, and the Hacienda Tabalaopa has worked with it since the estate was established in 1881.
