Hatozaki Finest Blended is a Japanese blended whisky in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV, made at the Kaikyo Distillery near Akashi in Hyōgo Prefecture. It blends Japanese-distilled whisky with imported malt and grain, with whiskies aged up to 12 years and a minimum malt content of 40%. Maturation took place in a variety of casks, including sherry, bourbon and Mizunara oak.
Light in style with a malty backbone, it has slight cereal overtones and a gentle vanilla sweetness. Cherry blossom, pears and caramel run through the palate.
