Hatozaki Kaikyo Pure Malt is a Japanese blended malt whisky bottled at 46% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It is made at the Kaikyo distillery in the Akashi region and matured in a combination of sherry, bourbon and special wine casks. Ripe fruit, honey and a light background of peat smoke run through it, with sweetness and spice in balance. The palate is rich and the finish long and lasting.
