Hatozaki Japanese Blended Whisky

Hatozaki Japanese Blended Whisky is made at the Kaikyo distillery, which stands opposite the Akashi lighthouse, the oldest in Japan, and the whisky takes its inspiration from it. It is matured in Mizunara casks, a Japanese oak known for incense and coconut aromas, which previously held bourbon and sherry. The whisky is light in style. Its aromas are described as subtle, with malt and grain character.
