Hatozaki is a Japanese pure malt whisky from Kaikyo Distillery, in a 70cl bottle. It is a newer label from the Yonezawa family, who had already invested in making sake before turning to whisky. The colour moves between yellow and amber, with some coppery glints. The nose is floral, with slightly spicier touches towards the end. The palate is harmonious and smooth, full and round.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
