Heaven's Door 10 Year Old Bourbon (75cl, 50%)

Heaven's Door 10 Year Old is a Tennessee straight bourbon, aged for ten years and bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) in a 75cl bottle. It is a limited edition small-batch bottling, not a single barrel, and it follows the Lincoln County Process, with charcoal mellowing. The brand is a collaboration with Bob Dylan, who co-created Heaven's Door, and the bottle has an embossed design. The nose is vanilla bean, worn leather and toasted oak. The palate brings rich toffee, baking spice and dried fig. The finish is long and warming, with caramelised sugar and spice.
