This is a 10 year old straight bourbon from Heaven's Door, made as a collaboration between its master blender Ryan Perry and Billy Leighton, master blender at Redbreast.
The bourbon was finished for 15 months in Redbreast casks, which links the American spirit to the Irish distillery's wood. It won a Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
