Heaven's Door 10 Years is a straight bourbon whisky from Bob Dylan's Heaven's Door range, released in the Decade Series. It has matured for 10 years and is bottled at 50% ABV in a 75cl bottle. The nose offers rye bread, cinnamon and nutmeg, followed by dried fruit, raisins, dates and vanilla. The palate is oily and full, with a spicy kick of black pepper and clove. The finish brings dark chocolate, coffee and toasted oak.
