Heaven's Door Double Barrel is a Bourbon from the whiskey company developed by Bob Dylan with Marc Bushala, founder of Angel's Envy. It is bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle.
It is described as a blend of three different whiskeys. It was matured first in new American oak barrels, then finished for a year in specially toasted American oak casks.
The result is toasty and spicy, with caramel, apricot, rye spices, strawberry jam, charred oak, pineapple, liquorice, peppercorns and orange zest.
