Heaven's Door Double Barrel Bourbon Whiskey (70cl, 50%)

Heaven's Door Double Barrel is a bourbon whiskey bottled at 50% (100 proof) in a 70cl bottle. It blends two straight bourbons with one straight rye, each aged for at least five years in new oak barrels. The blend then spends a further six to twelve months in alligator charred oak barrels, which deepen the colour and add dark, toasted vanilla flavours. The nose offers maple, milled grains, light nuttiness, dried berries and vanilla custard. On the palate come toasted caramel, dark cherry, Meyer lemon, dried apricot, coconut with orange oils and cocoa, and warm butterscotch.
