Heaven's Door Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 42%)

Heaven's Door Straight Bourbon is distilled and aged in Tennessee, spending a minimum of six years in new American oak barrels. It is bottled at 42% in a 75cl bottle. The whiskey is made by sour mash distillation and bottled without chill filtration. It is aged in single-storey warehouses, which the distillers credit for its consistent flavour. The nose brings baked bread, dried fruit and buttered popcorn. On the palate there is honey, light maple, pumpernickel and white peppercorn, with vanilla and baking spices over toasted oak. The finish is caramel, cinnamon and nutmeg.
