Heaven's Door – Straight Rye Whiskey (70cl, 46%)

Heaven's Door Straight Rye is made from 100% rye and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is part of Bob Dylan's craft whiskey collection. The whiskey is finished in distinctive oak barrels toasted over a wood fire, which add depth, spice and a smooth texture. The nose has rye, dried herbs, black pepper and clove. The palate is spicy and balanced, with rye bread, dried fruit and bitter cocoa, and the finish is lightly minty.
