Hell's Stone Whisky Mezcal Cask is a blended whisky from the Pocket Full of Stones brand, given a further 12 months in a mezcal barrel within sight of St Michael's Mount on the Cornish coast. It is a limited release of 384 bottles. The name draws on a local legend in which St Michael fought a fire-breathing dragon sent by the devil, and a red-hot boulder fell to earth at the place now called Helston. The mezcal barrel brings deep oaky notes and a bold, spicy mezcal influence, giving a richly complex whisky.
