This is a 10-year-old single malt from Hellyers Road, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was matured for the full ten years in Oloroso casks sourced from Jerez in Spain.
The nose combines toffee, treacle, orange zest, brioche and clove. On the palate come rich caramel, honey, subtle chocolate and stewed fruits, and the finish is smooth and elegant with sweet, moreish notes.
