The whisky was aged in American white oak bourbon casks. Citrus is the distillery's familiar note here, with vanilla sweetness behind it.
The nose is lemon curd, toffee and vanilla pod. The palate offers floral honey, sweet orange and pear tart, and the finish brings cooked apple and cinnamon sugar.
