A single cask Hellyers Road whisky from the Original American Oak series, distilled on 17 September 2007 and bottled in 2022 at 14 years old. It was matured in a bourbon barrel and bottled at 58.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle, with 167 bottles produced.
The nose combines esters and grain with grilled passion fruit, grapefruit, orange zest, milky brioche and liquorice. The palate has passion fruit, cooked peaches, liquorice, vanilla and plenty of cloves. The finish brings linseed oil, black pepper, cardamom, star anise and a little milky almond.
