This is a 15 year old Tasmanian single malt from Hellyers Road, bottled at 46.2% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in American oak casks, which add a buttery sweetness to the spirit.
The nose shows melted chocolate, lemon blossom and Lotus biscuits. On the palate come apricot jam, ripe stone fruit, almond butter and white grape. The finish brings orchard fruit, a touch of cream and sultanas.
