This is a 15 year old Tasmanian single malt from Hellyers Road, bottled at 46.2% in a 70cl bottle. It pairs the distillery's Original single malt with a small amount of its peated spirit, and it was aged in ex-bourbon American oak.
It is non-chill filtered and has no colouring added. The flavour is tangy and fruity, and it lingers in the aftertaste.
