A 19-year-old single malt from Hellyers Road in Tasmania, distilled in 2003 and matured in an American oak cask. It was first released exclusively for France and is bottled at 61.1% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose offers tropical fruit, honey and citrus blossom, backed by juicy barley and aromatic spices. On the palate, bready malt and sweet grenadine mingle with savoury spice, while tangy gooseberry is balanced by marzipan and chocolate.
The finish is bittersweet, with cacao, woody spice and malt loaf with salted butter.
