This is a 10 year old single malt from Hellyers Road in Tasmania, bottled at 46.2% in a 70cl bottle. It spent the full ten years maturing in traditional 250 litre Oloroso casks from Jerez in Spain.
The nose is described as toffee, treacle, orange zest, brioche and clove. The palate is both sweet and savoury, with dried fruit, warm spice and oak, and it leads into a long finish.
