Hellyers Road Peated Cask Finish is a 21 year old Australian single malt, bottled at 52.5% in a 70cl bottle. Only 301 bottles were released.
It matured for 17 years in first-fill American oak ex-bourbon barrels, then spent 4 more years in a freshly tipped 2004 richly peated cask. The distillery's bond stores stand close to Bass Strait, and the whisky won Best Australian Single Malt Whisky at the 2025 World Whiskies Awards.
The distillery describes it as an interplay of sweet smoke, maritime salinity and coastal botanicals, with a layered richness.
