Hellyers Road The Journeyman is an eight-year-old single malt from Tasmania, bottled at 46.2% in a 70cl bottle. It spent its early years in American oak ex-bourbon barrels, followed by an extended maturation in old Australian tawny casks.
The name comes from the distillery's Journeyman programme, which brings whisky makers and specialists from around the world to live and work on site for six months at a time, sharing methods and ideas with the team.
