Hellyers Road Twin Oak is an official distillery bottling of Tasmanian single malt, bottled at 48.9% in a 70cl bottle.
It was matured in a combination of bourbon and port casks, which gives the whisky its name. It carries no age statement.
The nose shows ripe apple, honey, red berries, vanilla and light spice. The palate is full and round, with toffee, red fruit, malt sweetness and a soft port influence. The finish is medium to long, warm and slightly spicy, with a fruity note.
