Hendrick's Orbium Gin (43.4%)

Hendrick's Orbium is a more bitter and floral take on the classic Hendrick's profile, released as a limited edition under the Cabinet of Curiosities. It is made by adding quinine, wormwood and blue lotus blossom extracts to the base recipe, which includes cucumber, rose and juniper. The nose is floral, with lotus blossom, rose petals, soft cucumber, citrus zest and chamomile edges. The palate moves from sweet floral citrus and cucumber into wormwood bitterness and quinine, with juniper present but less dominant. The finish is lingering, bitter-herbal and drying, with floral aftertones.
