Hennessy Henny White (70cl, 40%)

A blended Cognac from Hennessy, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle and also known as Hennessy Pure White. It is chosen for its light, floral character and minimal oak influence. The Cognac is twice distilled from Ugni Blanc, with eaux-de-vie from Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Borderies and Fins Bois. The Master Blender selects eaux-de-vie with little wood influence, which keeps the spirit fresh, floral and fruity. It can be served chilled or over a single large ice cube. The nose is gently floral, with pear, apricot and white blossom. The palate shows white peach, honeydew melon, grape and apple. The finish is smooth and medium in length, with soft fruit and floral echoes.
