Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège is a cognac made from a blend of more than 60 eaux-de-vie and matured slowly in wood barrels. Selection, ageing and assemblage all shape its balance, and the house's master blenders have kept this assemblage going for 200 years.
The colour is a bright mahogany with light tones. The nose is mature, with fresh fruit and a supple feel. On the palate it is full-bodied, with juicy fruit, vanilla, spices and mild tobacco, helped by the vigour of the younger eaux-de-vie. The finish is light, led by honey and spice.
