Hennessy V.S. 250th Anniversary Limited Edition by Ryan McGinness (75cl)

This is Hennessy V.S. in a numbered art bottle made to mark the house's 250th anniversary. The label was designed by New York artist Ryan McGinness, with a fluorescent pattern of bright colours over white that glows under black light. Each bottle is individually numbered. The cognac inside is the standard Hennessy V.S., a blend of eaux-de-vie from all four Cognac growing regions, aged for a minimum of two years. It suits cocktails, light mixing or sipping over ice. On the nose it is fruit-forward, with grilled almonds and fresh grapes. The palate is sweet and fresh, with vanilla and light oak, and the finish is smooth and approachable.
