Hepburn's Choice BenRiach 8 Year Old is a single cask Speyside single malt, bottled at 46% without added colour or filtration.
It belongs to the Hepburn's Choice series of single cask bottlings from Scottish distilleries, created by Stewart Laing and named after his grandfather, William Hepburn.
The nose offers vanilla fudge and juicy fruit with a creamy note of clotted cream. On the palate there is oak, apricot and apple alongside spiced wood, pepper, a touch of cinnamon and nutty barley. The finish is long, with caramelised biscuits and buttery grain bread.
