Hibiki 12 Year Old is a Suntory blended whisky, here in the Kacho Fugetsu limited edition. It combines malt whiskies from Yamazaki and Hakushu with Chita grain whisky, matured in a mix of casks. The 24-facet bottle carries nature-inspired artwork, and Kacho Fugetsu refers to flowers, birds, wind and moon.
The nose is sweet and floral, with matured malt and natural wood. On the palate it is full-bodied, with honey, orange peel and white chocolate. The finish is long and smooth, a gentle sweetness fading with warmth.
